棉花高品质纤维性状的遗传、分子标记及其分子育种

【摘要】 棉纤维是已知纤维素纯度最高的天然资源之一,在世界纺织业中占有重要的地位。随着纺织工业加工速度的加快和人民生活水平的提高,对棉纤维品质的要求愈来愈高。本文利用一批优异纤维材料,在阐明优质性状形成的遗传基础上,获得大量的与优质纤维基因相关的标记,进而建立品质性状分子改良的育种技术体系,并培育出一批优质新品系及新品种。
【Abstract】 Cotton fiber is one of known natural resources comprising the highestpurity cellulose. It plays an important role worldwide in the textile industry. With theacceleration of spinning speeds and the improvement of the people’s living level, thedemand of improving cotton fiber qualities is getting stronger and stronger. In this paper,inheritance of super fiber quality was thoroughly elucidated and a great deal of markersand genes related with super fiber quality QTLs were obtained by using a series of superfiber materials and molecular biology technology. Further, breeding systems for molecularimprovement of cotton fiber quality was constructed and a great number of new strains andvarieties with super fiber quality were obtained.
