基因型与培养基对辣(甜)椒花药培养的影响

【摘要】 对12个基因型的辣(甜)椒进行了花药培养,9个基因型获得胚状体。结果表明:胚状体的诱导率与基因型、培养基有关。基因型不同,胚状体的诱导率也不同,辣椒比甜椒易于诱导;在MS、B5、NTH三种基本培养基中以MS效果最好;不同基因型适合的激素配比不同。
【Abstract】 Anthers from 12 genotypes of red (sweet) pepper (Capsicum annum L.)were cultured, embryoid were induced from anthers of 9 genotypes. The results showedthat efficiency of embryoid induction was different among genotypes,red pepper wasmore responsive than hot one; MS medium was optimal for embryoid induction amongMS,NTH and B5 media;Different genotypes required different hormone concentration andcombination.
