利用云南自然条件建立油菜高效小孢子培养技术及育种体系

【摘要】 通过油菜小孢子培养条件的优化、组合,结合云南省具有全年种植油菜的优越自然条件,建立了油菜高效小孢子培养技术及育种体系。该体系可全年利用开放种植的油菜进行小孢子培养及双单倍体培养植株的大田种植,大大缩减了双单倍体植株的生产成本;单人每年可完成40个以上杂交组合的小孢子培养工作,获得近20000棵小孢子植株。同时,通过白花甘蓝(Brassica oleracea)与双低甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus)品种H090的种间杂交及回交BC4代植株的小孢子培养,获得了双低白花甘蓝型油菜新种质。该种质将应用于云南省罗平油菜花旅游节。
【Abstract】 A high efficiency microspore culture and breeding system is establishedwith Yunnan natural condition, under which Brassica napus can be planted through wholeyear. With this system, the double--haploid plants can be obtained without using growthchamber and green house, so the cost of breeding is greatly reduced. In this report, thirtyhybrid lines of B. napus were tested through four different periods of whole year;all of them produced embryos and double--haploid plants with high efficiency. Besides, It isreported that a new white flower germplasm of B. napus is created by intervarietalhybridization between B. oleracea and B. napus and by microspore culture of back-crossing generations of the hybrid. This new germplasm will be used in Yunnan LuopinOilrape Flower Festival for Tourism.
