中国落叶松——杨栅锈菌的ITS序列和微卫星分析
ISSR marker and ITS sequence study of Melampsora larici-populina in China

【摘要】 对来自中国不同地域的落叶松-杨栅锈菌的5个生理小种11个菌系核糖体ITS 序列和微卫星序列多态性分析表明:该菌ITS 序列高度保守,不适合种下阶元划分,各菌系ITS 序列无显著差异。中国菌系同英国、德国菌系ITS 序列同源性高,同法国、加拿大的菌系同源性低。ISSR 标记适合该菌种内群体遗传分析。供试的11个菌系可区分为西部、北方两大菌群。小种C2同C4、C1、C3小种遗传多样性差异显著,其余小种间无显著差异。小种分化与遗传分化不一定相符,C2小种在遗传上表现单一。
【Abstract】 ITS sequence and ISSR marker studies based on 11 isolations of 5 races collected from differentparts in China reveal the genetic division of Melampsora larici-populina.ITS region is conservative,and ITS se-quence is not fit for studying differences lied among races.There is no difference lying in the ITS sequence of 11isolations.ITS sequence of China isolations has more homogeneous with that of U.K.and German than that ofFrance and Canada.ISSR marker can be used for intra-species population study.The tested 11 isolations can bedivided into two populations,western population and northern population.Genetic diversity index of race 2 issignificantly different from race 4,race 3 and race 1,no significant difference lies among the other races.Race di-vision must not harmonize with genetic division,except race 2.
