高冰核活性细菌的诱变育种

【摘要】 本文以冰核细菌X.ampelina 206为出发菌株,采用紫外线、DES两种诱变因子对其进行诱变处理,从264株冰核活性较高的突变株中获得2株冰核活性(冻滴率)最高的突变株U5-8和U5-12。实验结果表明:突变株U5-8、U5-12的产冰核频率高于出发菌株约1~2倍,冻结速率和临界温度也明显高于出发菌株。
【Abstract】 The INA bacteria X.ampelina TS206 was used as the original strain in this research..Original strainwas mutated by UV and DES.Two mutant strains with the highest ice-nucleation activity,US-8 and U5-12 wereobtained from the 264 mutant strains with higher ice-nucleation activity.The result showed that the nucleationfrequency of the U5-8 and U5-12 increased about by 1~2 times compared to the original strain.The freezing rateand the freezing temperature of the droplets containing the mutant strains were much higher than the freezing rateand the freezing temperature of the droplets containing the original strain.
