【Abstract】 With the rapid development of molecular biology,the classification and identification of Actino-mycetes varies from traditional classification to chemotaxonomy and molecular taxonomy.Now,it has come upto polyphasic taxonomy.At present,polyphasic classification has synthesized the characteristics of phenotype,genotype and systematic growth,and it makes the classified method more objective and reasonable,representing thesystematic evolution relationship between creatures.So it is the best method of studying all kinds of classified units更多还原
