防水可呼吸聚氨酯薄膜的研制及评价

【摘要】 采用两步法合成了以4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、扩链剂1,4’-丁二醇(BDO)为硬段结构,以聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚四氢呋喃醚(PTMG)为混合软段的聚醚型聚氨酯,该材料具有优良的机械力学性能,水接触角实验表明其亲水性较好,水蒸气透过率测试结果表明其较普通的聚醚聚氨酯有很大的提高,该膜材料在医用薄膜产品方面有很大的应用潜力。
【Abstract】 This paper synthesizes a series of polyurethane with 4.4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) , 1 ,4-butanediol (EDO). poly (tetrahydrofuran)(PTMG) and poly(oxyethylene) glycol (PEG). The material has good mechanics properties . Water contact angles determinations reveal its better hydrophility than aromatic polyurethane. Water-vapor transmission testing certify its better good breathable property than ordinary polyether polyurethane. This film is a kind of good film production and expected to be used widely in the future.
