聚乳酸—阿霉素缓释系统对C6胶质瘤动物模型的疗效研究

【摘要】 以聚乳酸作为缓释基质,与水溶性不能通过血脑屏障的化疗药物盐酸阿霉素制备成聚乳酸—阿霉素缓释制剂,对聚乳酸的生物相容性及细胞毒性进行了研究,对缓释制剂的制备工艺、体内、外的降解及缓释速率等进行了研究,并植入胶质瘤动物模型中进行肿瘤局部间质内化疗,观察其对大鼠皮下胶质瘤的杀伤作用,对其疗效、毒副作用等进行了探索,取得了理想的效果。

【Abstract】 In our study, poly (lactic acid)(PLA) is used as prolonged-releasing matrix and Doxorubicin is chosed as chemotherapeutic agent, thus the PLA-Doxorubicin prolonged-releasing system was prepared. Its prolonged-releasing capacity was studied by HPLC(High performance liquid chromatography). Its chemotherapeutic effect was observed on S,C C6 glioma model on SD rats. Its degradation in vitro and in vivo, biocompatibility and cell toxicity were also tested and the results were favorable.
