【摘要】 报告了对柔性牙龈赝复材料的生物相容性评价,项目包括细胞毒性、溶血试验、口服急性全身毒性试验、致敏试验和口腔粘膜刺激试验。结果表明,柔性牙龈赝复材料的细胞毒性程度为1～0级,无溶血反应,属无毒级物质和微弱致敏物,对口腔粘膜亦无刺激性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, the general toxicity including cytotoxicity, haemolysis, oral LD50, skin sensitization and oral mucous irritation of a new flexible gingival veneer material were investigated. The results showed that the flexible gingival veneer material had a slight cytotoxicity and had no haemolysis, no obvious evidence of toxic. Skin sensitization and oral mucous irritation were also proved negative.更多还原
