聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸苄醋共聚物胶束的制备与表征

【摘要】 聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸苄酯共聚物(PEG-PBLG copolymers)由光气法合成,聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸苄酯共聚物胶束由透析法制备。分析测试表明,胶束具有核—壳型结构,粒径在30~389nm范围,粒径大小受溶剂种类和配比、共聚物/溶剂比以及共聚物中PBLG嵌段比例等影响。胶束的临界胶束浓度(cmc)在10-7~10-8mol·l-1数量级,胶束有好的热力学稳定性。

【Abstract】 PEG-PBLG copolymers were synthesized by polymerization of γ-benzyl L-glutamate N-carboxyan-hydride initiated with mono amine-terminated PEG. Copolymer micella were preparared by dialysis method. TEM observation showed that the micella seemed to be spheres with shell of 20 nm in thickness. DLS measurement indicated that diameters of the micella were in range of 30-389 nm, which were depended on species of solvant, polymer/ solvant ratio, mole fraction of PBLG segment in copolymer. The micell cmc were in range of 10-7,10-8, mol · I-1, The micells were more stable thermodynamically.
