合成方法对医用热塑性聚氨酯结构和性能影响的研究

【摘要】 在系统中,以一步法和预聚法为对照,研究了半预聚法对医用热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)结构和性能影响。利用DSC、IR和应力—应变对合成的TPU的结构和性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明,半预聚法合成的TPU比一步法和预聚法合成的具有较窄的硬段分布和较低的微相分离程度。半预聚法合成的TPU力学性能优于其它两方法。
【Abstract】 Medical thermoplastic polyether urethanes(TPU) based on MDI/PTMG/BDO system were prepared by one -shot, prepolymer and semi-prepolymer processes with equivalent stoichiometries respectively. By using one-shot and prepolymer process as blanks and techniques of DSC.IR and mechanical tensile testing, the effect of the semi-prepolymer process on the structure and properties of TPU was studied. The results show that the hard segment length distribution of TPU prepared by semi-prepolymer process was narrower and microphase separation was lower than one-shot and prepolymer processes. Physical properties of TPU prepared by semi-polymer process was better than one-shot and prepolymer processes.
