纳米复相陶瓷耐磨性的实验研究

【摘要】 应用环/块磨损试验机研究几种瓷修复体和牙釉质在磨料混合液中和4.5kg栽荷下的磨损,用单因素方差分析比较传统牙科陶瓷及其纳米复相陶瓷与牙釉质间耐磨性的差异。实验结果表明,传统的Vita瓷远比牙釉质耐磨而易造成对颌牙釉质损伤,添加纳米材料可改善传统瓷的耐磨性能,加入适量纳米粉末使陶瓷的耐磨性与牙釉质接近。
【Abstract】 The wear resistance of the traditional dental ceramic. enamel and the ceramics-matrix-composite in the abrasive liquid under 4. 5 kg loading by the ring,block wear testing machine were studied. The difference a-mong the enamel, ceramic and the composite were compared and analyzed by ANOVA. The experimental results indicate that traditional ceramic was more wear resistant than that of the enamel which leads to damage of positive enamel. The addition of nanometer material might improve the wear property of the traditional ceramics and proper ratio of the nanometer made the wear resistance close to that of enamel.
