钛制修复体对天然牙的磨损机理探讨

【摘要】 为进一步了解钛修复体对天然牙的磨损机理,对纯钛-天然牙、纯钛-纯钛两种摩擦副,采用润滑工况下小位移摩擦磨损试验对比研究。结果表明,天然牙牙釉质与纯钛持续对磨的磨损机理主要表现为牙体组织的挤压、龟裂、剥离、脱层。纯钛的耐磨性低于牙釉质,纯钛义齿不会快速磨损天然牙。

【Abstract】 In order to further study the wear mechanism of titanium-made prosthesis against human natural teeth, a comparative wear test on pure titanium- human natural teeth and pure titanium-pure titanium with small reciprocating sliding displacement has been carried out in the condition of artificial saliva. Experimental results show that the wear mechanism of natural tooth is extruding, splitting, peeling off and separating of dental texture; the wear resistance of pure titanium is inferior to dental enamel. Clinical significant: prosthesis made of titanium can not hurt human natural tooth early as friction matching
