双相钙磷系统骨组织工程支架材料

【摘要】 采用溶胶—凝胶技术制备HA/β-TCP双相纳米粉体,粉体粒径为30~50um。采用先进的生产工艺制备三维连通孔隙的双相钙磷多孔支架,并与rhBMP—2进行生物组装。动物实验证明植入体具有优异诱导成骨功能。
【Abstract】 The nano-sized powder of biphasic HA/β-TCP was prepared using sol-gel method. The particle size of the powder ranged from 30 to 50 nm. The advanced technique was applied to develop bone engineering scaffold of the biphasic calcium phosphate with 3-D inter-connective pores and rhBMP-2 was biologically assembled with the porous scaffold. The implantation on animals indicated that the studied biomaterials possessed satisfactory ability of osteoproduction.
