【摘要】 本文设计并实现了调制域分析仪前端信号处理部分:将输入的被测信号整形为脉冲信号,并保持频率成分在整形过程中不被改变。该电路分为高频部分与低频部分,高频部分采用了ADI公司的高速比较器件ADCMP567,低频部分采用Motorola公司的MC1651。实现了对频率范围为1KHz～1GHz的输入信号整形。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper designs and implementation the signal process part in the forepart of Modulation Domain Analyzer.This part changes the input signal to pulse signal and keeps the frequency of the signal unchanged in the process.The circuit includes two parts:high-frequency part and low-frequency part.ADCMP567 produced by ADI company is used in the high-frequency part,MC1651 produced by Motorola company is used in the low-frequency part. The circuit have accomplished the signal process range from 1KHz to 1GHz.更多还原
