【摘要】 加快城乡经济建设的现实途径是充分利用地方各种现实的或潜在的优势资源,定位并培育能拉动区域经济增长的区域产业。期间,设计相应的制度安排至关重要。文章试图在分析陕西地区城乡经济建设以及军工企业发展现状的基础上,通过对典型地区的典型军工企业与政府调研,探讨军工企业与地方经济的互动关系,并建立军工企业与当地城乡经济共同发展的概念模型,以期为陕西类似区位的发展提供一些可借鉴的思路。更多还原
