人参皂苷-Rg3微乳剂急性毒性试验及热原检查的研究

【摘要】 目的:考察人参皂苷-Rg3微乳剂急性毒性及热原检查情况,判断人参皂苷-Rg3微乳剂是否符合临床使用安全性要求,为临床研究提供依据。方法:采用小鼠尾静脉及腹腔注射给药进行急性毒性试验,采用家兔法进行热原检查。结果:小鼠尾静脉注射LD50为2.52mg/kg±0.28mg/kg,95%可信限为2.24mg/kg~2.80mg/kg;家兔无热原反应。结论:人参皂苷-Rg3微乳剂静脉注射较为安全,可供临床研究试用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the acute toxicity research and pyrogen test of microemulsion ginsenoside-Rg3,which provides the basis for the clinical research.Whether does the microemulsion ginsenoside-Rg3 conform to the clinical operational safety requests? Methods:It Carries on the acute toxicity test by using the mouse tail vein and the abdominal cavity injection.To carry on the pyrogen test by injecting microemulsion ginsenoside-Rg3 to the domestic rabbits Results:Mouse tail intravenous injection LD50 is 2.52 mg/kg±0.28mg/kg;Domestic rabbits have non-pyrogen response.Conclusions :It issafer to inject microemulsion ginsenoside-Rg3,Microemulsion ginsenoside-Rg3 may supply the clinical research test.
