干旱胁迫对甘草柠条水分生理生态特性的影响
Effect on water physiological and ecological characters of Caragana microphylla and Glycyrrhiza uralensis under drought stress

【摘要】 研究混栽条件下干旱胁迫对柠条与甘草的生长状况、水分状况、生物膜透性的影响。结果表明:在试验处理范围内,干旱胁迫对甘草和柠条的生长有明显的抑制作用。甘草和柠条的叶片相对含水量均随着干旱胁迫程度的加大而减少,叶片组织密度则随着干旱胁迫程度的加大而略有增加,纯栽和混栽甘草间的叶片相对含水量和叶片组织密度的差异都不显著,而柠条则达到了显著和极显著水平。甘草和柠条的水分饱和亏缺均随着干旱胁迫程度加大而增加,而失水系数则随着干旱胁迫程度加大而减小。柠条的水分饱和亏缺较甘草高,且二者之间的差异显著。混栽甘草的失水系数较纯栽时大,而混栽柠条的失水系数较纯栽时的略小。甘草和柠条细胞膜的相对透性随着干旱胁迫程度的加大而逐渐增强,混栽后甘草和柠条细胞膜的相对透性均较纯栽时的有所增强。各种水分条件下,混栽对柠条生长产生的影响较甘草大。甘草的根比柠条的根对水分条件的变化更为敏感。
【Abstract】 The influence of drought stress on growth, water status on the pure planting and mixture planting condition and the permeability of biomembrane in Caragana microphylla and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were studied. The result showed the drought stress had an obvious inhibitory effect on the growth for them. Pure planting or mixed planting, leaf RWC reduced and TD increased with the increase of the extent of the drought stress, which difference of RWC and TD for them between pure planting and mixed planting wasn’t obvious; but the difference of RWC and TD of C. microphylla between pure planting and mixed planting was very obvious. Their WSD increased and K value decreased with the increase of the extent of the drought stress. WSD of Caragana microphylla was higher than that of G. uralensis, and the difference was obvious. K value of G.uralensis of mixture planting was bigger than pure planting, but K value of G.uralensis was on the contrary. Their relative permeability of cell membrane increased gradually with the increase of the extent of the drought stress, and permeability of cell membrane increased in mixture planting than pure planting. The content of their soluble protein decreased with the increase of the extent of the drought stress, and the content of soluble sugar increased, but the difference of them between mixture planting and pure planting didn’t reach an obvious level. Mixed planting had larger conspicuous effect on the growth of C. microphylla than G. uralensis on any water condition. Root of G. uralensis was more sensitive than that of C. microphylla.
