PMI技术的特点及其工程应用现状研究

【摘要】 鉴于材质分析方法在锅炉压力容器等特种承压设备的制造、安装及定期检验过程中突出的重要性和PMI设备近年来的迅速发展,该项技术受到很大的重视并获得了广泛的应用。本文简单的阐述了该技术的起源及发展过程;并分析和比较了PMI技术相对于化学取样分析法,原始光谱分析法及涡流法等技术的优缺点;简单介绍了该技术目前在国内外的应用现状。最后通过一系列的试验论证了PMI分析方法的可靠性,对国内同行业了解PMI技术具有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 As the prominent importance status for material identification technique in the manufacture, installation and period inspection for special equipments such as boilers, pressure vessels etc and the fast development of its relative equipments in the recent years, PMI technique became more and more important and use widely. In this paper, we briefly introduced this technique and its development process and compared the characters between some material identification methods, such as PMI technique, chemistry analysis method, original spectrum analysis method and eddy current test method, additionally, we introduced its application conditions home and abroad in the recent years. Finally, we put forward the reliability for PMI technique through some experiments. Surely, we think this paper will be a good reference for those who want to know something about PMI technique.
