连续驱动摩擦焊接头塑性流动行为初步研究

【摘要】 本研究针对摩擦焊接头塑性变形问题,以连续驱动摩擦焊为研究对豫,选用20#钢为代表材料, 研究了不同参数下接头宏观量以及显微组织变化,并测试了接头的显微硬度.结果表明,转速为1200rpm 时,随摩擦时间的增加,20#钢接头轴向缩短量与径向增加量均增加;接头焊缝中心区珠光体中 Fe3C 呈颗粒状均匀分布在铁素体上而热机械影响区中珠光体中层片状 Fe3C 发生破碎,不连续分布于珠光体中;在热与变形的综合作用下,硬度由焊缝中心到母材逐渐迅速降低。

【Abstract】 The aim of this study is to investigate experimentally the plastic deformation of friction welded joints.Macro-deformation characteristics of continuous drive friction welded 20# steel joints were investigated.The microstructure evolution and hardness change across the joint were also examined.The results showed that the axial shortening and radial increment of the joint increase with increasing the friction time at a rotation speed of 1200rpm.The cementite particles of pearlites in the weld center are uniformly distributed on the ferrite matrix,while the cementites of the pearlite in the thermal-mechanical affected zone are broken and discontinuously distributed in the pearlite.The hardness is decreased rapidly from the weld centre to the parant metal under the coupled effects of heat and deformation.
