汽轮发电机组寿命监测诊断方法研究

【摘要】 以汽轮发电机组为代表的热力发电设备具有高温、高压、高速的特点,其运行的安全性问题非常重要。随着全球对环境问题的日益重视以及各电力企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,火力发电站的建设和运行成本也越来越高,随着我国电力改革的进一步深化,厂网分开模式的建立,电厂经济将独立核算,如何不断降低发电成本、提高效益,保证火力发电设备的安全、经济运行,成为发电企业面临的一个重大课题,提高汽轮发电机组寿命形势紧迫。本文在对汽轮发电机组的寿命损伤的大量的调研工作的基础上,针对汽轮发电机组各主要部件的寿命损耗进行了分析并给出了有效的寿命评价方法。

【Abstract】 The generating equipment of heating power represented by steam turbine group has the characteristic of high temperature,high pressure,high-speed.The security issues of its operation are very important.Moreover,as the whole world attaches great importance to the environment issues and the competition of all electric enterprise becomes fiercer day by day,the construction and operating costs of the heat power station are higher and higher.With the further electric promotion reform of our country,the mode of separating the factory and network foundation,economy of power plant will keep separate accounts.How to reduce the costs of electricity-generating,increase the benefit constantly,guarantee security of the generating equipment of fire power and economical operation become a great subject that the electricity power enterprises face.It is urgent to raise turboset life-span situation This thesis makes a large number of researches to the damages of the life-span of steam turbine group,and makes analysis of the damages of the life-span of chief steam turbine group, giving efficient method of estimating the life-span.
