基于电子展成与总线原理自动测量标准螺旋线样板的研究

【摘要】 建立了螺旋线样板测量的数学模型,着重介绍了基于电子展成的测量原理.给出了测量系统的结构框图,讨论了通过GPIB总线和RS-232串口通讯方式实现数据采集和运动控制的方法.最后,利用被测样板的测量值进行误差分析与评定.
【Abstract】 The mathematical model of measuring helix master is established in this paper. An emphase is also put on a latest method for measuring the master by using electronic generative metrology. A framework chart of the measurement system is also presented. This paper also deals with the methods for data collection by GPIB bus and motion controls by RS-232 com communication. Based on the measurement data, heiix master errors are analyzed and evaluated.
