基于电火花加工方法的表面改性技术研究
A Study on Surface Modification Technology by Electrical Discharge Machining

【摘要】 在对T45钢材料工件表面改质时,采用了液中电火花改质工艺.利用自制粉体压制模具,把 TiC-Co颗粒压制成压粉体电极并进行烧结.在试验中,通过选择电火花机床加工允许范围内的各种电参数进行组合,得到优化的参数.通过电火花放电对半烧结电极蚀除、熔覆至工件表面,形成表面改性层.通过断面线扫描分析、X射线衍射分析、摩擦磨损分析等分析手段,检验改性层的性能.试验表明,电火花表面改性是一项有前景的表面改性技术.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces trials of surface modification of T45 steel .When the surface of the workpieces of the T45 steel was modified, the technics of EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) that is in the liquid medium are adopted. Using the self-making mould, the powder-compaction electrodes composed of TiC-Co particles was pressed and sintered. In the process of testing, the electrical parameters that range within the permission of the machine tool were respectively combined. The semi-sintered electrode eroded, fused on the workpiece surface and the modifying layer can form. Combined with analyses of EPMA , X-ray and friction testing, the capability of the modifying layer was tested. To sum up, trials have indicated that EDC technics has a good future.
