C型弹簧管弹性特性的非接触测量

【摘要】 提出了一种基于OCD成像和计算机图像处理技术的C型簧管弹性特性测量新方法。在弹簧管上粘贴一个两条直边夹角为90°的小薄片,该标志物由OCD摄像头成像,其位置信息采用计算机图像处理技术获得,从而实现C型弹簧管弹性特性的非接触测量,并且灵敏度的实验曲线与理论曲线基本吻合。简要介绍了该方法的测量原理及实验方法,给出了弹性特性的实验结果及其相应的评价方法。
【Abstract】 A novel method of measuring the elastic characteristics of a C-type Bourdon tube, based on COD imaging and image-processing technologies, is presented and demonstrated. Pasted on the Bourdon tube is a small slice,whose two straight edges are at 90 degrees, such a remark can be image-formed by use of a CCD videotape head, and its position information can be obtained using the computer-based image processing, thus the non-contact measurement of the elastic characteristics can be realized, and the curve of the experimental sensitivity basically coincides with the theoretical curve. The principle of measurement and the experimental method are simply introduced, and the experimental results of the elastic characteristics and the corresponding evaluations are given.
