超高速燃气轮机动静压浮环轴承特性研究

【摘要】 本文给出了燃气轮机动静压浮环轴承内、外油膜 Reynolds 方程和边界条件,用有限元法计算了工作转速为61000 转/分时左、右轴承的静、动特性并进行了稳定性分析。结果表明,该结构动静压浮环轴承具有较好的静、动态特性并能在超高转速下稳定工作。
【Abstract】 The Reynolds equations and boundary conditions governing the outer and inner oil film are given in this paper.Static and dynamic characteristics of this floating-ring hybrid bearing are calculated with finite element method and stability is analyzed at the working speed 61000r/min.The result show that this floating-ring bearing has many advantages and can operate stable in super high speed.
