过渡层模型及其应用研究

【摘要】 本文提出一种过渡层模型来描述微尺度间隙的黏度变化,导出了相应的润滑方程并进行了润滑性能的分析计算。计算结果表明,过渡层比例很小时可以忽略其作用而润滑与常规流体类似,当过渡黏度层所占比例增大到一定程度后,其润滑特性与常规流体有较大差异。这一模型可以解释微尺度间隙下的尺度效应等特征,具有较广泛的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A transition layer model,depicting the viscosity variation in micro-scale gap,is presented in this article.The lubrication equation is thus deduced accordingly and numerical simulations are afterwards conducted to analyze the lubrication properties.The results reveal that the transition layer can be ignored when its proportion to the whole gap is very small and the lubricant properties are similar with that of conventional fluids.However,when the proportion is large enough,its lubricant features differ from conventional fluids distinctively. This model can explain the characteristics such as size-effects in micro-scale gap and has a rosy application prospect.
