腐蚀和空蚀过程的材料破坏形式研究

【摘要】 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对抛光45钢样品在10min 静水腐蚀和旋转圆盘空蚀实验过程中的材料破坏形式进行研究。实验介质为添加了500nm 氧化铈微粒的去离子水。结果显示实验后腐蚀和空蚀样品表面都出现材料破坏区,破坏区的形式和成分具有明显差异:空蚀试样表面出现大量直径5μm 左右的类圆形蚀坑且蚀坑位置具有选择性,在蚀坑的中心区有 Mn 元素富集且有轻微氧化现象;腐蚀试样表面随机出现大量尺寸 15-20μm 左右不规则表层破坏区,破坏区中心的 C 元素含量升高并出现严重的氧化现象。

【Abstract】 Material damage of polished 45 steel samples under both corrosion and cavitation erosion test was investigated by SEM. Both tests were in deionized water with 50Ohm SiC particle.The results show that both samples got material damage spots after test.The formation and component of damage spots in corrosion sample were quite different with those in cavitation erosion sample.That is,a great deal pits which were almost round in shape and about 5 μm in size created selectively on the cavitation erosion sample surface and there was Mn enrichment and slight oxidation in the center area of pits.On the other hand,many unequal damage areas 15-20 μm in size appeared on the surface of the corrosion sample with the enhancement of C composition and severe oxidation.
