超音速微粒轰击表面纳米化及其耐磨性初步探讨

【摘要】 对几种碳钢采用超音速微粒轰击技术进行表面纳米化处理,探讨表面纳米化工艺与实验材料的关系,并初步研究纳米化表面的磨损性能。结果表明:超音速微粒轰击在表面形成一定厚度的纳米层的过程中使材料发生流失和表面粗糙度增大。磨损试验的结果为轰击样品经抛光处理后失重量要少于未轰击样品,而未经抛光的轰击样品则结果相反。对此作了初步的讨论。
【Abstract】 Surface nanocrystallization was treated on several kinds of carbon steel using supersonic fine particles bombarding (SFPB). The relation between the processing of surface nanocrystallization and treated samples, and the wear behaviors of the nanocrystalline surface were examined Experimental results show that a nanocrystalline layer was fabricated by SFPB treatment, causing material loss and the increase of surface roughness Ra. The wear loss of SFPB sample with polishing is lower than that of original one, while SFPB sample shows the opposite result The reason about variation of wear behaviors of samples is discussed preliminarily.
