高速滚动轴承油气二相流润滑试验研究
Experimental Research on Oil-air Lubrication for High-speed Ball Bearing

【摘要】 对高速滚动轴承7006C进行了油气润滑试验研究。测试了油气润滑供油量、润滑油粘度、油气压力和转速对被试轴承温升的影响关系,确定了高速滚动轴承合理的油气润滑参数。试验表明:随着供油量增大.轴承温度呈现由大变小,再由小变大的渐进变化,对7006C轴承来说,20000rpm时46号抗磨液压油的最佳供油量为0.015ml/min;随着粘度指数的增大, 轴承温升同样呈现由大到小,再由小到大的变化过程,以30000rpm为例,46号抗磨液压油的温升要明显低于32号和68号抗磨液压油:在本试验装置额定的油气压力范围内,随着油气压力增加,轴承温升呈单调下降趋势:随着转速的升高,轴承温升相应地增加。
【Abstract】 Oil-air lubrication for high-speed ball bearing 7006C was experimentally researched. Quantity of lubricating oil. viscosity of lubricating oil. oil-air pressure and speed of ball bearing were measured. The proper parameters of oil-air lubrication for ball bearing were determined. The experiment results show: The temperature of ball bearing changes from high to low and then to high gradually as oil quantity increases. At speed of 20000rpm. the optimal quantity ofoil46# is 0.015ml/min. With oil viscosity increased, the change of the bearing temperature is from high to low and then to high also. At speed of 30000rpm. the temperature of oil 46# is lowest among the 32#, 46# and 68#. With oil-air pressure in rating scope increased, the temperature drops monotonously. With the rotating speed increased, the temperature increases correspondingly.
