镶嵌式金属基自润滑材料应用于人字门底枢的可行性研究

【摘要】 本文通过对人字门底枢工况进行1:10模拟的台架试验,分析比较了几种镶嵌型金属基复合材料:38CrMoAlA基镶嵌复合材料和大连三环公司的铜基镶嵌复合材料FZ5(3),为了便于比较把人字门底枢现行材料38CrMoAlA和QT500-7 也加入了试验。结果显示:两种金属基镶嵌复合材料的磨损量和现行材料相比都小,磨损3万次后材料表面良好,并且附有润滑膜,其磨损机理主要为犁沟。
【Abstract】 With the equipment simulating the bottom pivot at a proportion 1:10, we did some experiments to compare some metal-matrix materials with solid lubricant embedded to the materials used in the bottom pivot at present The results showed that materials with solid lubricant embedded had better properties in friction and wear behavior. The surface of materials with solid lubricant embedded was well and mere was lubricating film on the surface. The wear mechanism was plowing.
