酚醛树脂的SiO2纳米复合对摩擦材料性能的影响

【摘要】 在桐油改性酚醛树脂(TPF)的聚合过程中,添加经过分散的SiO2纳米粒子,制备成复合改性的热固性NTPF. 经过SETARAM TG-DSC92-16热分析仪测试NTPF的耐热性有明显的提高。将NTPF用于摩擦材料,按照相关标准在 DMS-1定速摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损对比试验,其抗热衰退性和摩阻性能具有明显的改善,材料的总磨损量下降, 但在250℃存在一个磨损率峰值。从机理上对其摩擦磨损性能的改善作出了解释。
【Abstract】 In the course of polymerization of tung oil modified phenol aldehyde resin, add some SiCO2 nanometer particles which have been scattered, then compound modified heat-curable NTPF is made. The heat resistance performance of NTPF is obvious improved through the test of SETARAM TG-DSC92-16 hot analysis instrument Its heat resistant and rub hinder performance is obvious improved and the whole wear and tear quantum of the material drop, but a wearing and tearing rate peak value exists at 250℃ when apply NTPF on rub material to do wear and tear compare test in define rapid wear and tear machine DMS-1 according to relevant standard. Accordingly, the improvement of its wearing and tearing performance is analyzed from mechanism.
