新带钢热轧油的研制
The Development of New Hot Rolling Oil for Hot Strip Mills

【摘要】 最近一种新的薄板热轧润滑油已研制成功。其主成分为半合成油,加入5-15m%的复合添加剂,是专门设计来解决油水混喷热轧工艺润滑中经常遇到的喷嘴堵塞和热轧油不耐冷却水冲刷,导致抗磨性及降轧制力作用差的突出问题。该油是经过严格的实验室分析和模拟试验而筛选出来的,具有优良的热安定性,低温流动性, 不易着火,粘着力强.耐冷却水冲刷,实际无毒,可生物降解。大轧机联评试验证明该油降低轧制力,电能消耗,轧辊磨损以及改善板型和轧材表面质量的效果十分明显, 即使在0.15%的低浓度下,由乳化液分离出来而粘到轧辊上的极少量的油也足以润滑轧辊,与不加油相比,轧制力降幅达6-36%,轧辊的磨损率降至2×10-3mm/km或5×10-5mm/t。轧制力的降幅与材料有关,材质为镍-铬铸铁棍的后机架的降幅比高铬钢辊的前机架降幅大。热轧油自2005年起已用于鞍钢热轧带钢厂的热轧生产线。
【Abstract】 A high quality rolling oil comprising a major proportion of semisynthetic base oil and a 5-15wt% additive package has been developed for the hot rolling sector of iron and steel Industry.The oil is designed to satisfy the most severe high temperature rolling service where nozzle clogging and washing-oil-out by coolant are prominent problems. The formulation candidates have been evaluated under the most rigorous laboratory analysis and simulateing test to ensure outstanding performance in service. The selected oil has a high thermol stability, good low temperature fluidity, high firepoint, excellent adherence and good resistance to be washed-out. The rolling oil is also nopoisonous in practice and biodegradable. The effects of the rolling oil observed in the cooperative field test are the significant decrease of rolling force, rolling power, and roll wear, and as the secondary effect, improvement in plate profile and surface quality. At the concendation as low as 0.15%, only a small quantity of adhered oil plated from premixed emulsion is enough to give rise to a good lubricity, the decrease of rolling force amounts to as much as 6 to 36% as compared to the case of no lubrication, and the rolling wear is only 2×10-3mm/km or 5×10-5mm/t. The rolling force decreasing effect appears to be related to the material of the roll. The effect is greater in rear stands (nickel grain rolls) than the force stands(Ni-Cr rolls). The new hot rolling oil has been used in Ansan Hot Strip Mill since 2005.
