【摘要】 磨损机制图能系统直观地显示磨损数据及表征磨损机制,是摩擦学系统研究的重要方法之一。大量研究成果表明,从磨损图上,通过对磨损机制的分类和确定转型条件,可以用于深入研究磨损机理和规律,预测摩擦副的磨损特性,指导摩擦系统设计和实验等。为了促进磨损图研究更加系统、深入和实用化,本论文介绍磨损机制图功能及其制作过程,介绍磨损机制图研究和应用的最新进展,并对磨损机制图研究今后发展的重点进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wear mechanism map is an important systematic methodology in tribology researches, because it can display the wear data of materials and indicate the wear mechanisms intuitively. Many research results indicated that, through classification of wear mechanisms and confirmation of the transition conditions, the wear mechanism map can be used to reveal the wear mechanisms, to prospect the wear parts’ properties and to direct the tribological system designs and experiments. In order to promote the researches of wear mechanism map to be more systematic deeper and applicable, the functions and produce process of wear mechanism map are introduced in this paper, the newly achievements of research and application of wear mechanism map are summarized. Furthermore, some important developing directions of research on wear mechanism map are also suggested.更多还原
