摩擦接触条件下的热力耦合分析

【摘要】 对摩擦接触条件下的热力耦合现象建立了热力耦合模型,给出了系统动力学平衡方程和热力学平衡方程,在对系统中物体间的接触条件和平衡方程接触项进行了分析的基础上,得到了物体间接触条件的数学表达式和接触项相应的计算公式。算例结果表明由摩擦引起的热流对结构温升影响显著。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a thermo-mechanical coupling model was constituted based on the thermo-mechanical phenomena in fictional contact System dynamic equilibrium formulation and thermodynamic equilibrium formulation were given. After a lot of work on the conditions of contact among bodies in system and the contact terms of equilibrium formulation, based on this, mathematical expressions about contact conditions and the corresponding formula about contact terms were obtained. Finally an example was given and the results show that heat flux brought by fiction markedly has significant effects on the structure.
