仿手掌皮肤的手套设计

【摘要】 舒适性与有效性是手套设计的关键问题。基于对人体手掌皮肤纹理的分析,将手掌皮肤纹路分为涡旋状、拱形、放射状环形、双环形等,用仿生方法设计手套的表面纹理及粗糙度,以增大手套与工具间的摩擦系数、提高抓取摩擦力、提高工作效率。从边界摩擦的微啮合与液膜泄漏解释了其中的摩擦学原理。

【Abstract】 The comfort and effectiveness of gloves are the two key factors for the design of different gloves. Based on the results of dermatoglyphics of palm skin, the micro structures of skin pattern are classified into whorl, arch, radial loop, double loop and so on. With the knowledge of the microstructures of palm skin, the surface pattern and surface roughness of bionic gloves were designed to enhance the friction coefficient between glove surface and tools, and afterwards improve the work efficiency. Furthermore, the above advantages of bionic gloves were explained with the increase of micro locking at the interface and leakage facility of boundary films between surfaces in contact, which are principles of micro tribology.
