粗糙表面点接触弹流润滑的快速解法研究

【摘要】 以影响系数法为基础推导和建立了粗糙表面点接触弹性流体润滑分析和计算方法,针对粗糙表面微凸体弹性接触时的流体压力与接触表面弹性变形之间的关系,在所离散的区域内建立了信号系统的输入与响应之间的关系.并通过快速 Fourier 变换(FFT)和快速 Fourier 反变换(IFFT)的方法快速求解出在流体动压作用下接触表面的弹性变形.研究结果表明该方法能迅速、准确地确定流体动压与表面变形之间的关系, 特别是在数值计算网格划分比较密而计算节点比较多时,其效果更为显著.

【Abstract】 The paper presents a theoretic analysis and calculating procedure of elasto-hydro-dynamic lubri- cation of the point contact of rough surface based on the influence coefficients method.According to the rela- tionship of the hydrodynamic pressure of lubrication film and the elastic deformation of contacting area in the point contact region of rough surface,the relations between the input and response of the signal system for dis- crete nods in contact region are set up.With this relations and by using fast Fourier transform and invert fast Fourier transform the elastic deformation of contacting surface under hydrodynamic pressure is achieved quick- ly.The results show that the method can quickly and accurately solve the elasto-hydro-dynamic lubrication problem of the point contact,especially for rough surface contact problem which calculating grid must be very dense one.
