OTS自组装改性钛酸钾晶须填充PTFE的摩擦磨损性能

【摘要】 本文利用十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)的自组装性能对钛酸钾晶须(PTW)进行了表面改性,并对比了 OTS、氟表面活性剂(FSO)及钛酸酯偶联剂(NDZ-401)改性 PTW后水接触角的变化,同时还考察了干摩擦条件下三种改性对 PTW/PTFE 复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响.实验结果表明:改性后,PTW 的水接触角均有了不同程度的提高,OTS 改性的最高(131.5o),甚至高于纯 PTFE 的接触角(117.5o);PTW 改性后复合材料的磨损性能均优于未改性的,其中以 OTS 改性的效果最为明显。磨损率降低了30%~55%;填充材料与基体材料的表面能越相近,复合材料的磨损率越小.
【Abstract】 The surface of potassium titanate whiskers(PTW)was modified by n-octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS),fluorosurfactant(FSO)and titanate coupling agent(NDZ-401)respectively.Then the water con- tact angle of modified PTW was investigated.Meanwhile,the influence of surface modification on the tribologi- cal properties of PTW filled FIFE(PTW/PTFE)composites under dry friction condition was also studied.Re- sults indicated that the water contact angle of OTS treated PTW(131.5o)is biggest among all samples,which is even bigger than that of pure PTFE(117.5o).After surface modification,wear properties of PTW/PTFE composites became better.Among all samples,the wear property of OTS treated PTW filled PTFE composites is best,which is 30%~55% lower than that of untreated PTW filled FIFE composite.Results also showed that the smaller difference of surface energy between filler and matrix,the lower wear rate the composite will have.
