TC4合金在真空低温下的摩擦磨损行为

【摘要】 在真空低温条件下测试了 TC4合金的摩擦磨损性能.通过分析 TC4合金的磨损表面和磨屑研究了温度对 TC4合金的摩擦磨损行为的影响.实验结果表明,TC4合金在真空低温下的磨损率随滑动速度的增加而增大;磨损表面存在犁沟,表明了粘着磨损.在较低滑动速度下,磨损表面出现低温引起的微裂纹;在较高滑动速度下未发现微裂纹的出现.X 光衍射分析表明磨屑中含有 Fe,表明与 TC4合金对磨的 GCr15钢发生了磨损.

【Abstract】 The friction and wear tests were carried out on TCA alloy against GCr15 steel at low temperature in vacuum.The worn surfaces of specimens and debris TCA alloy were examined in order to investigate the fric- tion and wear behavior of TCA alloy at low temperature.The results showed that the wear rate of TC4 alloy was increased with increasing the sliding velocity at low temperature in vacuum.It was found plough characteristic on the worn surface give a hint of the adhesion wear.Under the low sliding velocity,there existed microcracks on the worn surface indicating fracture due to low temperature,while no such microcrack would be observed under the higher sliding velocity.The XRD analysis showed that the debris contain Fe,which implying that the wear took place for the steel disc although the original hardness of the steel was higher than that of the TCA specimen.
