磨合过程摩擦噪声初探

【摘要】 研究了销——盘摩擦磨损试验中磨合过程的摩擦噪声规律.基于 Choi-Williams 时频分布原理分析了试验过程中摩擦噪声的发生与摩擦系数的相关性,发现摩擦噪声信号与摩擦系数信号的 Choi-Williams 时频分布具有很好的一致性,并从摩擦学的角度初步探讨了摩擦噪声引发的机理.
【Abstract】 The rule of friction-induced noise in running-in period of the pin-on-disc testing had been studied.Based on the principle of Choi-Williams time-frequency distribution the relationship between fric- tion coefficient and friction-induced noise was analyzed.The result indicates that the signals of friction-in- duced noise and the friction coefficient have well consistency in the Choi-Williams time-frequency distribu- tion figure.And the mechanism of the friction-induced noise was discussed by use of tribological foundation.
