纸基湿式摩擦离合器摩擦特性的试验研究

【摘要】 本文利用多功能摩擦试验机考察了纸基湿式摩擦离合器的滑动摩擦系数随滑动速度、接触压力、滑动距离、传动液及试验温度的变化,根据不同试验条件下摩擦系数-滑动速度曲线的变化规律,探讨了影响离合器摩擦特性变化的主要因素,分析了纸基湿式摩擦离合器工作时的摩擦机理.
【Abstract】 This paper investigated the effects of sliding velocity,contact pressure,sliding distance,automatic transmission fluid and test temperature on the dynamic friction coefficient of a paper-based wet clutch on a multi-functional Falex friction test machine.Based on the measured friction coefficient vs.sliding velocity curved under different test conditions,the main factors influencing on the friction characteristics are dis- cussed,and the dominant friction and lubrication mechanisms of wet clutches are analyzed.
