磨损自修复润滑油添加剂对铁基材料磨损及接触疲劳性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了磨损自修复润滑油添加剂对铁基材料的抗滑动磨损及抗接触疲劳性能.在球(销)盘磨损试验机上进行了钢/钢摩擦副在添加剂条件下的长时间滑动磨损试验,钢/铸铁摩擦副在不同浓度添加剂条件下的滑动磨损试验,在球-棒疲劳试验机上进行了钢/钢摩擦副在基础油和添加剂条件下的接触疲劳试验.采用扫描电镜,纳米压痕仪,X 光衍射仪等仪器对摩擦表面进行了分析.结果表明,该添加剂对摩擦副具有很好的抗磨和抗接触疲劳作用;试验中反复出现的负磨损现象体现了其显著的动态自修复功能;随着浓度的加大,添加剂的抗磨作用更加明显,负磨损现象开始出现;该添加剂可以很好地抑制凹坑和裂纹的扩展,从而使摩擦表面的硬度提高,并通过改变摩擦表面的结构使摩擦副的磨损性能得到显著改善.

【Abstract】 The effect of a self-repairing additive in lubricating oil on the wear and contact fatigue perform- ance of iron-base material friction pair was investigated on a ball(pin)-on-disk sliding friction and wear tester,and a ball-rod contact fatigue tester.The advanced instruments like SEM,Nano-Hardness Tester and XRD were employed to analyze the frictional surfaces.It was found that this additive showed obvious anti -wear and anti-fatigue effect,especially dynamic self-repairing function on the iron-base material friction pair.And the function of the additive became more obvious with the increase of its content.The repaired layer displayed extremely high hardness,it could restrain the spread of cracks and pits,and produce a modified lay- er with new structure,which can significantly improve the tribologieal performance.
