纳米二硫化钼制备工艺及其润滑性能研究

【摘要】 利用硫化铵与钼酸铵为原料,在适宜的表面活性剂存在下,制备出非晶态三硫化钼,然后在氢气氛下煅烧三硫化钼得到纳米二硫化钼.通过单因素条件实验研究了反应温度、溶液酸度、物料配比及反应物初始浓度等因素对钼酸铵转化率的影响规律,再利用正交实验得出制备三硫化钼的优化工艺条件.粉未 X 射线衍射与透射电子显微镜表征显示,工艺优化后的产物是非晶态 MoS3,由此三硫化钼制备的纳米二硫化钼的粒径约在70nm 左右.最后在超声分散与加热的条件下,将制备的纳米二硫化钼均匀地分散在凡士林中, 在四球摩擦试验机上对其润滑性能进行了考察,发现添加了纳米二硫化钼的凡士林在摩擦过程中表现出较好的极压性能与抗磨性能.
【Abstract】 The process of preparing MoS3 from(NH4)2S and(NH4)2MoO4 were investigated including reac- tion temperature,solution acidity,initial concentration and reactant proportion.The relationship among these factors and the conversion rate of(NH4)2MoO4 were worked out by single-factor experiments.Additionally, the optimized process condition was obtained by a designed orthogonal experiment.The results of X-ray dif- fraction confirmed that the MoS3 prepared under the optimized process conditions was a typical noncrystalline substance.The TEM micrograph showed that nano-sized MoS2 nanoparticles with an average diameter of 70 nm were prepared by heating the as-prepared MoS3 under H2 at 400℃ for 30 minutes.The tribological be- havior of the obtained nano-MoS2 in vaseline was then investigated with four-ball tribometer.The results showed that the vaseline with nano-MoS2 additive had better extreme pressure and anti-wear behavior.
