激光熔覆颗粒增强涂层成形、相结构与摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】 利用 WC 颗粒作为 Ni60自熔合金的增强相,采用同步送粉激光熔覆方式制备出了碳化钨颗粒与镍基合金的复合涂层;通过能谱和衍射检测分析,确立了熔覆层中颗粒相表面成分主要是 WC 和 W2C;在显微结构分析基础上,引入两相流体动力学原理,讨论了不混溶颗粒增强涂层的成形机理,建立起了相应的物理模型;最后还对熔覆涂层摩擦学性能做了实验研究,结果表明涂层磨损性能稳定,具有良好的耐磨性.
【Abstract】 The multiphase composite coating contained reinforced-phase could improve friction and wear prop- erties of machine element,therefore we manufactured the coating between WC particles and Ni60 self-melt al- loy by auto-feeding powder laser cladding,in the coating WC particles were regarded as reinforced-phase. Then,the cladding coating was inspected and analyzed by EDS and XRD,its results showed surface components of particles phase mainly were WC and W2C.On the base of phase-structure analysis,we introduced two- phase hydrokinetics theory,discussed forming mechanism of coating containing infusible particles,and built suitable physics models that illuminated the particles distributing along thickness on bench section of coating de- pended on the energy of melt-pool provided by laser.In the end,the tribological tests of cladding coating was performed,the results indicated the coating had stabile wear characteristics and better anti-wear capability.
