Ti-6Al-4V合金及其表面Ti+TiC激光熔覆层的摩擦磨损性能

【摘要】 在 Ti-6Al-4V 合金表面进行了 Ti+33vol.%TiC 的激光熔覆试验研究,分析了熔覆层的显微组织, 测试了熔覆层的干滑动摩擦磨损性能.结果表明,熔覆层的组织为 TiC 弥散分布的钛基复合材料.Ti+ 33vol.%TiC 熔覆层与 GCr15钢对磨时摩擦系数在0.47-0.66之间变化,比 Ti-6Al-4V 合金与 GCr15钢对磨时摩擦系数高.熔覆层的耐磨性与 Ti-6Al-4V 合金相比有明显的提高.
【Abstract】 Laser cladding experiment of Ti+33Vol.% TiC has been carried out on Ti-6Al-4V alloy sub- strate.Microstructure of the clad layer was analyzed,and dry sliding friction and wear properties were meas- ured.The result shows that TiC distributes uniformly in the titanium matrix;the friction coefficient of the Ti+ 33Vol.%TiC clad layer against GCr15 steel is ranged from 0.47 to 0.66,and the wear resistance of the Ti+ 33Vol.%TiC clad layer is remarkably improved by comparison with Ti-6A1-4V alloy substrate.
