45CrNi材料摩擦学特性
Friction and wear characteristics of 45CrNi against 45CrNi

【摘要】 以某自行火炮某关重件摩擦副所用材料45CrNi 为研究对象,考察了该材料在原始状态、淬火、淬火 +530℃回火、淬火+380℃回火四种不同热处理状态下该材料的自配副干滑动摩擦磨损行为.研究结果表明:材料经过淬火+530℃回火时在各种工况条件下的磨损率比较大;原始状态时在速度为1.33m/s 时由于生成了具有润滑作用的氧化膜而摩擦因数较低,磨损率较小,此时具有较好的摩擦学性能.
【Abstract】 The material 45CrNi were widely used in the transmission system of self-propelled guns.In this paper,the tribological properties of 45CrNi were investigated,which had 4 different heat treatment states.The study results showed that,the wear rate of materials 45CrNi subjected to quenching and 530℃ tempering was larger than others under different kinds of conditions;At the velocity of 1.33m/s the friction coefficient and wear rate of original material were lower because of the forming of oxidation films.
