利用冲量评定陶瓷材料的抗冲击性能

【摘要】 研制了一种新颖的测试陶瓷抗冲击性能的试验机。该试验机利用摆锤冲击试件,由PC机记录试件受到冲击而被损坏时,冲击力及冲击力的瞬间变化曲线。用碰撞冲量、冲击力变化曲线及最大力定性地评定陶瓷材料的抗冲击性能。在实际生产中,技术人员应用本试验机研究陶瓷材料的成分、形状、大小对抗冲击性能的影响,十分方便和快捷。
【Abstract】 Impact test is a widely used method to evaluate the ability of the impact resistance of ceramic materials. A new measurement machine that can measure the impact resistance ability of ceramic materials was developed. This machine executes impact on a sample with a pendulum, records the force data of the impacted sample, and displays the curve of the changing forces by a PC. By taking into account the impacting impulse, the curve of the changing forces, and the max force, it can qualitatively evaluate the impact resistance ability of the ceramic materials. With the field test of this machine, the influence of the composition, shape and size of ceramic materials on the impact resistance can be examined easily and conveniently.
