经济快速可靠的齿轮油评定方法——四球机判定新方法研究

【摘要】 随着对极压抗磨剂性能要求的不断提高,有关润滑剂润滑机理和摩擦学性能评价方法的研究日益显示出重要性。与之相适应,促进摩擦磨损过程中磨损表面化学反应膜的生成是提高齿轮油抗胶合能力的关键.为了更好地评价齿轮油的摩擦学性能,改进了四球摩擦磨损试验机的PD值试验规程,使之更加接近齿轮油承载能力的评定方法FZG的实际工况。结果表明,采用改进的试验规程可以较好地模拟齿轮传动,并且经济快速而可靠地评定齿轮油的摩擦学性能。
【Abstract】 The test regularity to measure the extreme pressure properties of lubricating oils with a four-ball machine was modified to be similar as that for the anti-seizure load measurement of gear oils, so that the resulting PB values could be used to evaluate the anti-seizure load of the gear oils more economically. The core of the modified test method lies in that the testing was stopped at a certain intervals without replacing the steel balls after operation of the tester only for 10 s. The anti-seizure load was thus determined with step=increase of the load until the lubrication failure of the tested oils occurred. This virtually gave a good simulation of the FZG testing conditions of the gear oils, thus the relevant results from the four-ball machine was applicable to the evaluation of the performance of the gear oils in a fast and reliable manner.
