周隙密封紊流试验台的研制
Development of a Test Rig of Annular Seal with Turbulent Flow

【摘要】 通过设计研制周隙密封紊流试验台,实现了润滑问题中的复杂紊流流场的流态转变和垂直于剪切流的明显压力梯度。压力测量值重复性好,可测定轴向和周向压力分布:摩擦力矩的变化显示了流态的转变; 表明本试验台的测试结果可以为考核复合紊流润滑理论提供实验依据。
【Abstract】 The design of the test rig described in the paper fulfills the two main points for realizing a complex turbulent flow field in lubrication problems, namely, transition of laminar regime to turbulent regime, and superposition of significant pressure gradient to shear flow in perpendicular direction. Measured values of pressure have satisfactory repeatability, which makes measurement of axial and circumferential pressure distributions possible. Transition of flow regime is evidenced by increase of slope of frictional torque. The test rig shows itself capable of supplying measured data for evaluating lubrication theory of complex turbulent flow.
