汽车正时链失效机理及磨损特性的研究

【摘要】 通过对80 000 km道路试验的结果分析,研究了汽车正时链的磨损失效机理以及销轴、套筒和滚子等元件摩擦表面的磨损形貌特征.结果表明,高速下的多冲及速度与载荷的交变特性是影响链条耐磨性能和多冲抗力的重要因素.在多冲疲劳磨损机制下,循环摩擦热导致销轴、套筒元件摩擦副表面产生循环软化;在多冲循环接触应力作用下,滚子表层塑变、加工硬化及位错密度增加而产生循环硬化.利用这一动态循环特性,有助于汽车正时链的摩擦学设计.

【Abstract】 The paper studied the fault mechanism of the automotive timing chain as well as the worn surface morphology of the rubbing pair of bush and pin and roller based on the analysis of 8000km-road test. The results show that multi-impact and the alternating characteristics between the speed and load are important factors on the resistance to multi-impact and wear of chain. Based on multi-impact fatigue wear mechanism, the circular frictional heat lead to the surface circular softness of pin and bush; Under the multi-impact circular contact stress, the circular hardness arise in external layer of roller owing to plastic deformation and machining hardening and increasing dislocation density. The dynamic circular characteristics will help for the tribological design of automotive timing chain.
