复合型紊流润滑理论在周隙密封紊流润滑研究中的应用

【摘要】 用先进的复合型紊流润滑理论研究流场复杂的周隙密封紊流润滑性能,提出了建立紊流润滑参数数据库的方法,解决了复合型紊流润滑理论求解复杂、繁琐的难点。研究表明,复合型紊流润滑理论能很好地描述周隙密封的润滑性能,数值计算结果与试验数据吻合较好。
【Abstract】 The advanced combined Reynolds stress turbulent lubrication model is used to analyze the performance of plain seal. The database of turbulent lubrication parameters is established to resolve the numerical problem of the combined Reynolds stress model used in engineering. The results based on the model are in good agreement with that based on existing measurements. Thus the combined Reynolds stress turbulent lubrication model can well be used to describe the turbulent characteristics of plain seal.
